Note: Before resetting your password please do the following. Delete your temporary Internet files and cookies. Look for Temporary Internet Files under your browser's Tools or Internet Options. Click Delete Files ( or Browser History) and Delete Cookies. You also need to check the browser Settings to verify it always checks for newer versions of stored pages for every visit to the page. Once you have done this close your browser, open a new one. Deleting the temporary internet files and/or cookies may require you re-register the PC with any websites previously stored on the PC.
